It's our biggest news yet!!!
SExT is thrilled to announce our national tour presented by The Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR), with performances scheduled throughout Ontario and Saskatchewan, including areas in Canada most affected by HIV. That's right, we are packing our bags and boarding flights bound to communities outside the GTA, to bring our show to thousands of youth who have not yet experienced sex education the way we do it: through theatre, created by and for youth. Our cast of peer educators, many of whom who have been with SExT since its inception in 2014, are currently in rehearsals to perfect our ever-evolving, ever-changing show which will be custom-created to the communities we will be travelling to. We are ready to share the voice of our youth and teach other youth how to find theirs. We are beyond grateful for this opportunity and would like to thank The Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research for their generous support. To quote Mary on our 1st production meeting a couple weeks ago: "Why are we so blessed?!"
